Since we are growing, we are looking for creative talents to join our company. Join our multilingual, dynamic and multicultural team! Together we will reach the top. We are looking for a Senior Risk Analyst in our Risk Department, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Risk Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on adherence to and consistency of strategic initiatives with risk appetite framework, risk tolerances and risk profile.
• Implement and maintain a risk management framework.
• Oversee and develop a comprehensive process for assessing, identifying, monitoring, effectively managing and reporting pertinent business risks that could interfere with a company's core purpose and ability to grow and develop its business lines.
• Oversee the risk management framework and compliance risk.
• Measure risk and provide quantitative analytical support to the lines of business in risk measurement, modelling and reporting.
• Identify known and emerging risks, measuring, monitoring and reporting on risk profiles of customers.
• Facilitate the maintenance of risk corporate policies.
• Lead the facilitation, implementation and monitoring of effective risk management practices and ensure operating policies and procedures are complied with throughout the organisation.
• Collaborate with other team members to effectively analyse and present data.

Requirements:

• MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field.
• Experience in risk oversight roles in the payment industry (including transaction, ML/TF, credit, and other relevant risk management).
• Risk Management Professional certification would be an asset.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing Risk Management strategy and governance, risk and compliance activities.
• Practical knowledge of portfolio management strategies.
• Strong people management skills with proven leadership abilities that motivate both direct and indirect teams to perform at their best.
• Ability to work within an environment that is entrepreneurial and innovative.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, expectations and business impacts.
• Demonstrated high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to tailor your message to suit your audience.
• The position is located in Luxembourg.
• Ability and willingness to travel, as required.
• Fluent in English, fluent German and/or French would be a big advantage.
