KARIN SCHINTGEN

Before joining Snapswap’s board, Karin Schintgen ran as the CEO of the House of Start-Ups in Luxembourg, an incubator campus connecting people, ideas, and technology in different fields. Prior to this, Karin, a trained lawyer, was also the founder and CEO of the incubator Lux Future Lab, which gives her extensive experience in the Fintech ecosystem in Luxembourg. During her career, Karin also held different C-Level positions at Citibank New York, Kredietbank, BGL BNP Paribas and RTL Group.

Thomas Heldner

Thomas Heldner, CEO of Wallee Group AG, is a highly accomplished executive with a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. Thomas has a proven track record of success in sales and marketing and is exceptionally skilled in international market development. Thomas served as CPO at Worldline Global for 10 years before joining Wallee group. As a multilingual leader, Thomas has a deep understanding of the nuances of different cultures and can easily navigate complex business environments. Thomas has a unique combination of strategic thinking, organizational management, and change management expertise, which he uses to drive growth and innovation within the Wallee group.​

Sonja Hilkhuijsen

Before joining SnapSwap’s board, Sonja Hilkhuijsen built a career of more than 20 years in governance, compliance, and strategic leadership across international banks and investment managers. An INSEAD-certified director, she is the Founder and CEO of Linkvalue, providing independent directorship and strategic board advisory, and also serves as Venture Leader and investor. Sonja holds board mandates in regulated Luxembourg entities as well as with international boards. She is recognised for her focus on digital business transformation, future-ready operating models, and aligning regulation, strategy, and sustainability with broader societal goals to strengthen financial systems and create long-term value.​

Bénédicte Keith​

Bénédicte Keith is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience in banking, fintech, and digital payments. She has held leadership roles at institutions where she led finance and operations. As CEO of SnapSwap, Bénédicte focuses on driving strategic growth while ensuring strong regulatory compliance across Europe. Bénédicte has joined SnapSwap as CEO as of June 2025.

OLIVIER PICAVET 
​Deputy CEO & AUTHORIZED MANAGER

Olivier is a FinTech enthusiast and advocate for dynamic business relationships, contributing to SnapSwap's growth for over eight years. Initially leading business development, he achieved significant success with the digital onboarding product, Snaprove. As Deputy CEO since 2019 and an Authorized Manager, Olivier has expanded his role to oversee product development and strategic partnerships, notably for Everest, SnapSwap's innovative business banking platform. His leadership combines strategic vision with operational execution, driving product innovation and fostering key collaborations.

OSKAR TRETJUKS
CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

After having completed his Master of Laws degree at Turība Business School, Oskar started his carrier as a lawyer in financial services. Then, he served as head of legal compliance in several financial services and is currently working as a Chief Compliance officer and legal counsellor at SnapSwap.
